She has experienced dramatic and challenging lessons – child of an addict, rape survivor, suicide survivor, loss of a child survivor, domestic violence survivor, infidelity survivor, divorce survivor, toxic workplace survivor, and many other stories that have made Jamie who she is today – an extraordinarily happy woman surrounded by wonderful people living a life she loves.

To go from victim to survivor is one thing, but to go from survivor to thriver takes a special talent. Jamie had to unlearn survival strategies that kept her stuck in victimhood.
